In wisdom process, do you mean to say that have blind eyes for everything that is covert? Then that’s not education at all. What is education actually? You must be identifying the covert things, they should be surfaced, and not just depend on what is overt, what is obvious. Anyway, if anyone you can improve the terminology, you can do that, you are welcome to do that. I am not an authority of language, but I want you to put across——overt/covert/convert. Ok, go for Adho Mukha Śvānāsana.

That is not the expected out of yoga, yoga is not the way to die. So also whether you qualified to exercise your mind——will, volition, intent, diligence, perception, sensation——in all the various aspects of mind, so therefore you must identify in how many ways the mind comes. Mind is not merely done, mind participates. Mind has several functions——perception, cognition, sensation, intent, diligence, volition, will. So do you qualify to be exercising the mind? If you do qualify, you should go for it, or address the mind. So how a young person will address the mind, and a very old person will address the mind?

And how she(Ahbi) will set the mind right, If she is just 35 years old? So that’s why to understand this subjective aspect. It’s technology for one-selves. Inhale and come up.

So any old person cannot exercise the breath beyond the element or in a particular process. Yu can’t be exercising the breath when you are 85 plus, 90 plus. So also you can’t exercise every kind of exercises of the mind cannot be given. In prime age you can do that, but when you are post-prime age, you know you have to see where can be exercise your mind. What aspect of the mind can be exercised?
所以,任何一个老年人都无法超越元素或在一个特定的过程中去锻炼呼吸。当你超过85岁,超过90岁,你无法去锻炼呼吸。还有,你无法锻炼每一种头脑锻炼的方式,在盛年期你可以那样做,但是当你过了盛年期,你知道你就要必须去看看在哪里你可以锻炼你的头脑,头脑的什么层面是你可以去锻炼的。
So understand so many subjectivestic things here. Because you want to evolve yourself by yoga, therefore you have to customized your process. Divide and customize your process rather than going for standard prescription, which can come from a teacher. Therefore you must get educated. Get educated, and then you will get empowered; so you will say:no this is appropriate for me, addressing the mind for such a state is appropriate for me.
因此,去理解,这里有太多主观性的东西。因为你想通过瑜伽去提升你自己,所以你必须让你的过程定制化。去分开和订制你的过程,而不是依照老师给的标准处方,所以你必须受到教育。去受教吧,然后你才会获得能力;所以你才会说:不,这个不适合我,为了这样一个状态去关照头脑才适合我。
